Become a YIN Chapter President
What does it mean to start a YIN chapter?
Starting a Youth Investment Network (YIN) chapter at your school is simple. Think of it as starting any other student finance or investing club, but with the support of a global network, ready-to-use educational resources, and opportunities to connect with like-minded students around the world.
To launch a chapter, you will need approval from your school or academic institution. This typically means having permission to operate as a student club, access to a meeting space, and, if required by your school, a faculty advisor. We do not charge membership or chapter fees, and we do not require schools to sign formal agreements unless their own policies require it.
As a Chapter President, you will be responsible for organising regular chapter meetings, recruiting and engaging new members, teaching and facilitating discussions on finance and investing, inviting guest speakers, and leading at least one social impact initiative each year
While we provide guidance, resources, and support, we also believe in empowering student leaders. Chapters have significant flexibility to organise activities and shape their club in ways that best serve their school and local community.
